Permanently Restore Health, Function, & Confidence

How long has it been since you could comfortably eat the foods you love? Or smile openly without feeling self-conscious? Or even felt like yourself? Living with missing teeth can make it nearly impossible to maintain a happy, confident, and healthy life.

As you lose more teeth and your physical health declines, you experience a loss in your self-esteem and emotional wellbeing, too. But you don’t have to live this way any longer.

With our TeethXpress® full mouth dental implants in Denver, NC, you can change your life with a new smile that permanently restores your health, appearance, function, and confidence!

Full mouth dental implants replace all your failing or missing teeth with a life-like prosthesis fixed to four or more dental implants secured in your jawbone. With stable, attractive teeth in place, you’ll be free to eat all the foods you’ve been missing, feel happy and attractive with a beautiful smile, and restore your health and quality of life—permanently!

Guided by our expertise, we complete all phases of your treatment in our Denver, NC office using the most advanced technologies and materials.

Expect a personalized, efficient experience with immediate solutions and predictably long-lasting outcomes!

Consider Your Options…

Full mouth dental implants using the TeethXpress protocol aren’t your only option for replacing all your failing or missing teeth, but they are by far the most ideal.

Removable dentures can restore the appearance of a full set of teeth, but only provide a 10% return to normal biting and chewing power. They rely on pastes or adhesives and natural suction to remain in place inside your mouth.

Implant supported dentures improve upon this stability with dentures that attach to two or more dental implants. The teeth are generally still made from acrylic plastic that may need repairs or relining due to natural wear and tear.

Full mouth dental implants, however, are permanently fixed in your mouth just like natural teeth. We provide a Prettau® zirconia fixed bridge for our full arch dental implants. These teeth are fully customized for precision aesthetics and incredibly strong, able to restore over 99% of natural biting and chewing power.

Built to last a lifetime and attached to equally durable dental implants, this solution is the closest thing to healthy natural teeth! Full mouth dental implants may require a longer treatment process, but they are the only truly permanent solution that can completely change your life with their long-term health, functional, and aesthetic benefits!

Dr. Avason Talks About Everyone Deserves A Healthy Smile, Regardless Of Their Financial Situation!

A Personalized Treatment Process

Phase One: Consultation and Treatment Plan
Your treatment will be completed right in our Denver, NC dental office by our experienced implant dentistry team, which includes a periodontist and implant dentist.

With a dental implant expert leading your care and backed by a skilled dental team, you can rest assured knowing you’ll be receiving the highest quality care! Your treatment begins with a personalized consultation. This involves a discussion of your current situation and your smile goals as well as diagnostics, including digital scans and CBCT imaging. This information will help us create one or more custom treatment plans so you can choose which is best for you.

If you’d like, we can also show you a smile preview! This includes a virtual or physical example of what your future smile will look like before treatment begins. With decades of specialized experience, our team has what it takes to provide the level of care you need to restore your smile, health, and quality of life.

Phase Two: Guided Implant Surgery
Our team uses advanced nSequence® surgical technology to provide fully guided dental implant placement, and we have placed countless dental implants with these sophisticated techniques. Pre-planned for your unique cases, your surgery will be virtually free from all errors, with your dental implants placed at the precise locations needed for long-term function and an accurate fit of your new restoration.

Additionally, to this minimally invasive surgery, we are certified to offer IV sedation and will bring in an anesthesiologist if you require general anesthesia for your procedure. Your dental implants will be placed while you’re comfortable and relaxed in one of our state-of-the-art surgical suites.

If the primary stability of your dental implants is achieved at this time, we will immediately attach a provisional custom-made by our partner dental lab. You’ll leave our office with a full set of functioning teeth!
2
Phase Three: Healing and Final Restoration
You will need between 4-6 months to fully heal from your dental implant surgery. During this time, your natural jawbone will fuse around the implant posts as if they were tooth roots. This is what provides the long-lasting durability and stability of dental implants!

Your provisional will remain in place during this time so you can experience normal function and natural smile aesthetics. Once the integration phase is complete, you’ll return to our Denver, NC dental office to have your final set of teeth created. We’ll take digital scans of your mouth, then send these and other information to our partner dental lab.

At the dental lab, experienced lab technicians will design and fabricate your new Prettau zirconia fixed bridge to fit perfectly onto your dental implants. With this restoration permanently in place, it will be as if you’d never lost your natural teeth in the first place!
